Non-Refundable Policy
All purchases are strictly non-refundable and non-deferrable once payment has been made.

 

Cancellation
Customers are responsible for ensuring their orders are accurate before confirming payment.
We do not accept cancellations after an order has been confirmed.

 

Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges under the following conditions:
Size Exchange – If the size does not fit, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Manufacturing Defect – If your item has a non-human defect or quality issue upon arrival, we will replace it with the same design.

 

Important Notes:
✔ Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original packaging (including certificates and accessories).
Custom or engraved pieces and promotional gifts cannot be exchanged.
✔ Any damage caused by misuse, improper care, or accidents is not eligible for exchange.
✔ Customers are responsible for return shipping and reshipment costs, unless the issue is due to a manufacturing defect.

Please contact us via WhatsApp or email before sending the item back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

 

Exceptional Cases
Refunds or rescheduling may only be considered in cases of:
✔ Duplicate payments (accidental double charge).
✔ Service unavailability caused by us.
